What is this? As the name implies, we work with you to sell your home at or near it’s current value. This strategy works best where the home is in poor condition and this is the main reason it is not selling on the open market.
Let me show you with an example…
Lets say you own a property that needs a fair bit work and this is putting buyers off. Lets say in its current condition it is only worth £100,000 but with a refurbishment it could be worth £135,000.
We may be in a position to refurbish the house for you at our cost, and put it back on the market looking stunning. Such properties sell really well in this market, where run down properties are painfully slow to sell.
Lets say the refurbishment etc costs us £20,000, and our estate agency and legal costs are £4000
We sell the property for £135,000, you get your £100,000 (Full property value), and we earn the remaining £35,000 minus cost of refurbishment, selling and legal fees. A win/win for all parties.
